Shoutout to Andrea, the flight attendant for inspiring this write! Such a beautiful personality and a high vibrational human being.
As all passengers are seated and buckled in, Andrea gets on the intercom to address us all on the safety protocols. The presentation was not dull in the least bit as Andrea had everyone laughing and giving her our undivided attention. At the end of her entertaining but meaningful speech, she said something that struck my colleagues (shoutout Cassi and Holly) and I with the light bulb that this needed to be my next article.
Andrea said “don’t make the easy hard.” This is simple to say the least but so profound in many other ways. Andrea told me that this is one of Southwest’s values. This is something I can definitely get behind.
